New Authority: Proposal for educational work

Request for information

The training focuses on Haim Omer’s proposal as applied to the educational context. It addresses the transition from traditional authority to a new form of authority adapted to current challenges. Educational teams often feel helpless when it comes to exercising their role with young people.

This theoretical and clinical training will focus on using authority as a resource and balancing the needs of young people with institutional rules.

The aim is to support professionals in defining collective resources, reflecting on new forms of authority, activating skills, and reinventing practices.
